Ho'onunui, Inc. is not a consulting firm specializing in leadership development and alternative conflict resolution, but a simple church network that attempts to practice what we preach. We believe that God would have use focus on developing leadership communities around tables, whether coffee, dinner or round tables, 100,000 of these tables to be precise! That's why our name makes sense to us: "ho'onunui" in Hawaiian ('olelo Hawai'i) means "to greatly prosper or flourish others." This is why we care about healthy leaders and communities: because toxic leaders and communities take but do not give.

Ho'onunui is more than just a local organization, but a glocal one whose people have more than four decades of cross-cultural experience in Hawai'i, the Pacific, Asia and beyond.  We are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
